Do I need an API key?

No. Just add the connector URL and start. v1 is open and free.

Do I need my own AI / Gemini key?

No. The only LLM is the Claude you’re already using — it does the analysis and writing. Compass just supplies the proprietary investor data and the matching. You bring nothing but Claude.

Does it send emails for me?

No. Compass composes; you send. Hand the draft to your own Gmail / LinkedIn (or your Gmail MCP) so you stay in control of every send.

Where does the investor data come from?

RaiseGate Connect: a curated, vetted directory of 380+ venture funds, angels, and family offices, tagged by stage, sector, ticket size, and lead behavior.

Which apps can use it?
